• "Academy" refers to the tutoring institution or organization using our platform
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses our Service
• "Content" refers to all data, information, and materials on the platform
• "Administrator" refers to users with administrative privileges within an Academy

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access EduUps for:

• • Educational and administrative purposes within your Academy
• • Personal, non-commercial use by authorized users
• • Integration with other educational tools (subject to our API terms)

This license does not permit you to:

• • Modify or copy the materials without permission
• • Use the materials for commercial purposes outside your Academy
• • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• • Transfer the materials to another person or organization

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

• • You must provide accurate and complete information
• • You are responsible for maintaining account security
• • One person may not maintain multiple accounts
• • Accounts are non-transferable

Account Responsibilities

• • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• • Ensure all users in your Academy comply with these terms
• • Maintain current and accurate contact information

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

6. Payment Terms

Subscription Fees
